นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า

สินค้าที่ได้รับการชำระค่าสินค้าแล้วจะถูกจัดส่งถึงลูกค้าภายใน 1-30 วัน

โดยสินค้าที่มีขนาดและะความยาวไม่เกิน 1.5 เมตร (1.5 meters) น้ำหนักไม่เกิน 30 kg จะถูกจัดส่งโดย Kerry/Flash/EMS ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง 3-7 วันโดยประมาณ ลูกค้าสามารถติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งได้ที่

ทั้งนี้สินค้าที่มีความขนาดและความยาวมากกว่า 1.5 เมตร (1.5 meters) หรือน้ำหนักเกิน 30 kg จะถูกจัดส่งโดยรถขนส่งบริษัท ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง 7-15 วันขึ้นอยู่กับตารางการจัดส่ง ณ ขณะนั้น

นโยบายการยกเลิกสินค้า

• สินค้าในตะกร้าจะถูกยกเลิกอัตโนมัติหากไม่ได้รับการชำระค่าสินค้าภายใน 7 วันทำการ

• หากสินค้าได้รับการบรรจุหรือจัดส่งแล้วจะไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ทุกกรณี

นโยบายการเปลียนสินค้า

เพื่อความพึงพอใจสูงสุดของลูกค้า ทันทีที่ได้รับและ/หรือก่อนใช้สินค้า ลูกค้าจะต้องตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้า อุปกรณ์ ชิ้นส่วนต่างๆ ตลอดจนของแถมของสินค้านั้นๆ (ถ้ามี) กรณีที่ต้องการเปลี่ยน ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งบริษัทเพื่อทำการขอเปลี่ยนได้ภายใน 30 วัน นับแต่วันที่ได้รับสินค้า ทั้งนี้ ในการเปลี่ยนสินค้ามีข้อจำกัด ดังนี้

• สินค้าประเภทตัดตามขนาด (cut-size), ตัดตามระยะความยาว (cut-length), สินค้าสั่งประกอบและสั่งทำ (fabricaton and customized assembly) ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือรับคืนทุกกรณี

• สินค้าสำเร็จรูปทั่วไปประเภท Fastener&Cap, T-Slot Nuts สามารถแจ้งเปลี่ยนรุ่น/รหัสสินค้าได้ ภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า และจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีๆไป

• สินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์และไม่ถูกใช้งาน

การทำรายการสั่งซื้อซ้ำและการคืนเงิน

หากลูกค้าทำรายการสั่งซื้อซ้ำเนื่องด้วยความผิดพลาดของท่านเองหรือเนื่องด้วยความผิดพลาดของระบบ

กรุณาส่งคำขอการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อโดยระบุหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อที่ต้องการยกเลิก ทั้งนี้การคืนเงินจะถูกคืนกลับไปยังบัญชีต้นทางที่ใช้ทำรายการมาเท่านั้น

ระยะเวลาการคืนเงินประมาณ 30 วันทำการหลังจากตรวจสอบและยกเลิกรายการในระบบเรียบร้อยแล้ว

Shipping Policy
